Are you a dynamic and highly motivated classroom practitioner, and an excellent Scientist with a proven record of raising attainment? 

Tes are seeking to assist this school in the appoint a Science fellow to be second in charge of the department in a secondary school in Essex.

The school are looking for someone who is passionate about their subject, committed to academic excellence with the ability to motivate, support and enthuse staff and students. 

The successful candidate will support the team in implementing an effective Science curriculum across KS3 and KS4, ensuring high quality, engaging and fulfilling lessons for the students that leads to excellent outcomes. 

You will have a demonstrable record of raising attainment across KS3 and KS4. 

You will ideally be a Physics specialist but this is not essential.

The science department has 7 modern, bright laboratories which have been purpose built and are centred around the prep room. 

You will be joining a talented team of Science teachers who are supportive, determined, hard-working and incredibly invested in the success of our students.

This is an excellent development and career progression opportunity. A Recruitment and Retention Allowance will be available for an exceptional candidate.
