As the Second in English, you work closely with the Senior Leader for English and the Senior Management Team in continuing to improve exam attainment at GCSE and A’ level.

The successful candidate will have:
- A passion for English teaching
- Experience of supporting change and development within a department
- Reliable evidence of very good to outstanding teaching with a focus on raising student achievement at KS3, KS4 and KS5
- A passion for making a difference for young people in the city of Liverpool
