Are you ready to work in one of the top 10% of schools nationally?
If so, we want you!
We seek to appoint a passionate, dedicated and highly motivated Teacher of Art/Second in Faculty at Baysgarth School with the skills and experience to deliver successful outcomes from KS3 to KS4.
We wish to appoint a colleague who:
- enjoys working with young people and has the flair, energy and ability to bring the best out of them;
- has the ability, vision, drive and skills to deliver outstanding outcomes at all key stages;
- is, or has the potential to be, an outstanding teacher.
There is a leadership opportunity available in the school at the moment, as Second in Faculty for the suitable candidate. This additional role offers an opportunity to be involved in the leadership, coordination and development of the Art team, under the direction of the Head of Faculty who leads a wider team including all of the creative arts subjects. If you would like to apply for this role please make this explicit in your application form and address it in your letter of application. The ability to offer Photography as well as Art would be an advantage.
Baysgarth School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to apply for enhanced disclosure from the DBS.
If you are inspired by the challenge and responsibility of this opportunity, we would like to hear from you. Further details and an application form can be downloaded below or requested from the school. If you would like to discuss any aspect of the post, please feel free to contact the Head Teacher, Richard Briggs, at the school.
Please submit completed applications to email@example.com
