The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Girls (SZPAG) is looking to appoint a Bilingual (Arabic/English) Inclusion Learning Assistant (ILA) for our Secondary team, who is comfortable working with both middle and high school students (Grade 6 – 12). As an ILA, you will be a crucial member of our school Inclusion Team, working under the direction of the Inclusion lead teacher for Secondary. Our ILA's work both in class and in small group pull-outs, with our students of determination, helping them to reach their IEP goals and supporting them with their executive functioning skills. SZPAG has students with a range of needs, is a very caring school, and is committed to creating an environment that cherishes inclusivity.

Position Requirements: (please only apply if you meet the below criteria)

  • Bachelor’s degree (all subject areas considered).
  • Recognized certificate in SEN.
  • Experience of working in a Secondary School (G6-12) setting is a requirement.
  • Minimum of one year experience of working with Students of Determination in a school setting. 
  • Good level of fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check
