Are you an experienced secondary Headteacher with a proven track record of success? Are you hungry for your next leadership challenge? Do you have the ambition, creativity, and drive to inspire and secure high standards in others (and the intellect and instinct to identify the key drivers that will really make a difference)?

We are a leading multi-academy Trust looking to recruit a School Improvement Executive to work across our secondary schools in East Sussex and Kent. We are keen to recruit a senior leader with demonstrable school improvement experience, who is deeply committed to our vision of earned autonomy for our headteachers. You will need to possess the

leadership depth and maturity to facilitate and grow the success of others, and the ability to significantly flex your leadership style to provide bespoke support and challenge to headteachers in their own journey towards excellence.

We can offer you an exciting career path with opportunities for further progression in the future.

If you are a creative, collaborative and tenacious leader who has experience of building teams and devising systems to drive the high performance of both pupils and staff, we look forward to receiving your application.

Interested candidates are welcome to contact Suzanne Dickinson, Director of Secondary, for an informal discussion. Please email suzanne.dickinson@swale.at so that arrangements for an initial telephone call or Google Meet can be made.

Completed application forms should be submitted through TES, or directly to Liz Bruce at liz.bruce@swale.at. Please note, we cannot accept CVs.

Applications should be submitted by midday on Monday 15th April 2024.

Interview Dates: w/c Monday 22nd April 2024
