ABC Teachers are looking for a specialist secondary school teaching assistants/Learning Support assistant to work within Secondary Schools across Derbyshire. 

We have experienced demand for graduates to work in small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis with learners to enhance subject knowledge in a variety of subjects. 

We are looking for candidates who are free full time and have experience of working in a similar role.

About the Role: 

• Secondary school TA

• Any subject specialism is considered.

• You must hold a Degree/Level 3 or HLTA qualification

• SEN experience is desirable but not essential. 

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Be eligible to work in the UK (must have a valid visa) 

• Must hold relevant qualifications 

• Have previous experience teaching the UK curriculum 

• Have recent Teaching assistant experience  in the UK (essential)

• Be confident in using ICT in their professional role 

• Have excellent communication skills 

• Possess valid references, DBS/police checks
