Job overview
This is a part time position working 9.5 hours per week (which can be worked flexibly across morning and afternoons).
Duties will include administrative support, co-ordinating annual reviews, updating relevant databases; diary management and general administrative tasks.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of three GSCEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level. Previous office experience is essential, as is the ability to work accurately and to prioritise and organise your own workload. The ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing is a must, as are excellent customer care skills. Competency in a range of IT skills is also required.
