Do you have a passion for working with SEN students?
Have you had experience working with SEN students within a mainstream setting but want to work in a more specialist environment?
If this is a transition that you are interested in, ABC Teachers are able to assist with this.
As an agency we have found that there are a lot of teachers and teaching assistants who are eager to make this move but when applying for permanent positions hit a barrier as they have a lack of specialist experience.
This is why supply can be the perfect route into a different career!
We have four dedicated SEN consultants who work with over 70 SEN schools around the Midlands with a range of special educational needs, such as MLD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH, ASD, Speech and Language difficulties, Hearing impairments, Visual Impairments and PRU’s.
We will look at your current experience and place you in an SEN setting which we feel is most suited to your current experience which will open new doors for you.
To apply for supply work you will need:
· Relevant teaching or teaching assistant qualifications (or equivalent)
· At least 20 days recent experience of working with children
· In date DBS registered to update service
· Available at least 2 days a week
· Flexibility to work in a variety of schools
