Smart Teachers is seeking SEN TAs / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants to work in various schools in the Newham area. We are looking for caring and conscientious SEN TAs / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants with a patient and calm attitude. The SEN TAs / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants will be working with children and young people with a diverse range of special educational needs including moderate to severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, social, emotional and mental health issues, ASD and physical disabilities. If you are looking to work in education in the future or are a recent graduate and looking for a rewarding role working with students with various needs this would be an ideal role to build on your current experience.

About the Role

· SEN TAs / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants 

· Flexible work options available including day to day supply / short term blocks and long term position

· Work mainstream and SEN primary schools in the borough of Newham 

· Daily rate from £65 per day

In order to be considered for this role, the SEN TAs / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants will need to meet the following criteria:

· Educated to a degree level/equivalent

· Good numeracy/literacy skills

· Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)

· Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
