Bluebell School is part a rapidly growing, group of special schools with locations in Kidsgrove & Crewe, offering the highest quality of education for up to 100 children (5-18) with a range of additional needs.

We are passionate about finding Teachers who will join us on this exciting journey, enabling the schools to grow and evolve.

Pupils may or may not have low cognitive function, be on the autistic spectrum, or have difficulties with their emotional and mental health and/or speech, language and communication.

We are seeking Teachers who ‘just get’ children, have a marvellous sense of humour and who have the flexibility and determination to ensure that Bluebell is the first choice of school for children, parents and local authorities.

Our aim is to provide innovative and enjoyable education, therapy and early intervention for pupils, sometimes (and only where appropriate) enabling them to successfully return to mainstream schooling, but always helping them to become happy, positive and valuable members of society.

Bluebell School enables pupils to access a curriculum that offers a personalised education rooted in social and emotional development, rich in speech and language, enabling the very best achievement both personally and academically.

We do not require an experienced SEN Teacher, as comprehensive training will be provided and the level of support provided will enable the post holder to develop very quickly. Thus, we welcome applications from Primary and Special School Teachers, and secondary school teachers with an English or Science specialism who are looking for something different. The recruitment process is about finding the right personality with huge amounts of potential, who will be as excited as we are about developing and expanding our group of schools.

We offer a range of benefits including excellent training and development opportunities, and support the Teachers’ Pension Scheme

Bluebell School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with current and past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.

We are an equal opportunities employer.
