ABC Teachers are currently looking to recruit a qualified Teacher for a role in a Special Educational Needs school located in the Stoke-On-Trent area. This will be a part time on an ongoing basis, starting in January.
You will be working with children from the ages of 3 to 19 who have a range of different learning difficulties; these including speech and language difficulties, ASD and MLD. Due to this we are looking for an individual who has previous proven experience within a Special Educational Needs setting.
You will need to be creative in a classroom setting with an engaging teaching style to keep the attention of the students and boost their learning. You will be assisted by a number of experienced staff in a friendly, relaxed school environment.
The ideal candidate –
· Will have QTS
· Experience working in an SEN environment
· Passion for supporting students learning
· Highly creative in a classroom setting
· In date DBS & on the update service
Candidates will be required to attend a face to face interview to register; we will need to gain two references either academic or professional and hold an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you).
