The governors of this small and friendly Catholic school are seeking to appoint a dedicated, detail-orientated individual to provide admin support to our SENDCOs and SEND department.

All Hallows is a successful, vibrant, over-subscribed mainstream high school with great pupils and a happy and stable staff.  In addition to our mainstream pupils, some of whom have SEND and/or EHCPs, we also have an Enhanced Resource Provision.  The successful candidate will be based in the ERP and will work closely with the SENDCOs, SEND teachers and TAs.

You will be a key member of this team and will have effective and efficient organisational skills; diplomacy and discretion; the ability to work under pressure with a positive demeanour and approach; and have warmth, humour and resilience.

Additionally, the postholder will be of smart appearance, with proven and demonstrable administration / office experience alongside the ability to prioritise workloads and to communicate effectively at all levels. A strong command of accurate written English Language skills is essential as is highly developed word processing and office ICT skills. Flexibility in approach will also be required.  

The successful candidate must be willing to uphold the Catholic ethos and policies of the school. 

The role will be varied, busy, interesting and enjoyable and each day you will be making a positive difference to our pupils, their parents and our staff.
