The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint an outstanding SEND Co-ordinator for January 2019 or sooner, who is self-motivated, inspirational, enterprising and committed to lifelong learning.

Bourne Community College is a growing and unique 11-16 mixed comprehensive Trust school, valued and supported by our parents and the local community. We are seeking to appoint a passionate and highly motivated SENDCo with the ability to inspire others. You will be enthusiastic, willing, and able to champion our SEND students through leading our dedicated SEND team of Learning Support Assistants.
