This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic SENDCo who is passionate about the flourishing of all children. The post is not class based (although some teaching is involved), to enable the best possible support for pupils, staff and parents.

We are seeking to appoint a practitioner who can create and deliver effective strategies that enable SEND pupils across the school to achieve their potential. You will lead the strategic direction and support for pupils with additional needs, working closely with the senior leadership team. Your team will consist of Learning Support Assistants as well as a Pupil Mentor and Dramatherapist. The successful candidate will have successfully completed the NASENCo qualification.
