Our Lady’s is a co-educational 3 months - 11 years Independent School and Nursery in Crowthorne, Berkshire. 

We have a reputation for providing outstanding care, with a dedicated focus upon individual and personal wellbeing and a family environment and ethos. We have an enviable reputation in the local community and are in a period of time of exciting growth and development. Our ethos is founded on outstanding pastoral care. 

We require a SENDCo for September 2021 who will work with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the highest standards of care for all our pupils with additional learning needs. Currently, we have a Nursery SEND coordinator, ELSA support (Including canine therapy) and a dedicated team of teaching staff and teaching and learning assistants.

The post is a critical appointment within the School. Essentially, we are looking for someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic and highly driven. A great degree of emotional intelligence, coupled with a clear vision for SEND, is essential.
