What it is about:
Reporting to the Senior Customer Services Manager, the Senior Customer Services Administrator will be responsible for the effective and prompt management of an exam distribution network of about 115 centres. The post holder will actively support growth in candidature and revenue by promptly and effectively dealing with all clerical work related to the day-to-day management of specific parts of the distribution network, and by playing an active role in the deployment of our Customer First strategy, leading to greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What you will be doing:
• Playing an active role in the deployment of our Customer First strategy in Europe and North Africa, in close collaboration with the Regional Operations Head, the Senior Customer Services Manager and wider regional teams
• Providing full front-line support to about 115 Cambridge Assessment English exam centres in Balkans States, Benelux, France, Moldova, North Africa and Romania
• Seeing to the compliance of our quality assurance procedures in the delivery of exams by our authorised centres to ensure all Cambridge Assessment English standards are met
• Offering a high level of support to all our customers in these countries and use existing channels of communication to increase and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty and a stakeholder community.
What we are looking for:
1. Bachelor’s degree in consumer, business or management studies
2. Certified CEFR C2 level in French and English
3. Command of Romanian or another European language is highly desirable
4. A genuine commitment to facilitate the customer journey
5. Patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy
6. Good working knowledge of MS Office products
7. Excellent skills in/of
o written and oral communication
o organisation, planning and multitasking
o information management
o analysis, polymerisation and critical thinking
