Job overview
We're currently developing a ground-breaking multi-academy trust comprising a unique mix of five primary schools who each specialise in meeting the diverse needs of their local communities together with four all-age special schools who cater effectively for a wide range of challenging special needs. We all have a strong reputation for nurturing the children within our care and believe that, by working more closely together, we can be more effective in making a real difference to the future of our pupils and their families.
We're seeking to recruit a Senior Executive Leader who will play a key role in helping us to achieve our vision and values and work collaboratively with our senior leaders and Board of Trustees to provide support and challenge for all our academies. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to make a real difference, creating a dynamic and responsive organisation that can deal rapidly yet purposefully with the changing educational landscape, supporting our schools to achieve their very best. Creative solutions will be needed in all aspects of school life as all schools face continued budgetary pressures. We want our Senior Executive Leader to help us to build on the existing good standard of all our schools to provide the best start for our children and young people in a deprived but improving area. This is an opportunity to make a lasting difference through a new Trust.
Information about our new Multi-academy Trust is available in the application pack. Please contact Gill Howell (ghowell@forestpark.org.uk or tel 07580 501607) for further details.
