We seek to appoint a talented, dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Leader to lead our large pastoral team. As our ideal candidate, you will have experience of leading others, and a track record of successfully implementing strategies to reduce barriers to learning and supporting the social, emotional development and wellbeing of pupils.
Within this role you must be ambitious and able to:
- Work with the Vice Principal (Pastoral) and wider Senior Leadership Team to build upon our already successful pastoral provision.
- Inspire and develop staff so that intervention and support for pupils has maximum impact.
- Ensure that students develop the personal qualities to become an asset to the Academy and contribute positively to society.
