We are seeking to appoint a Senior Nurse (RGN with post-registration experience) to join our small, but very effective medical team. Working collaboratively with the Deputy Head Pastoral and the School Medical Officer, the Senior Nurse will lead the medical wing in providing a high standard of health care and support for our pupils, including health promotion, PSHE, minor injury and illness assessment.
Applicants must be a team player, empathetic, approachable, an excellent communicator, well organised, thrive on variety; demonstrate initiative, with a good sense of humour. Essential to the role is a high level of confidentiality and integrity. A full driving licence is required. Experience of working with young people in a pastoral/wellbeing capacity would be an advantage.
