Job overview

The Senior School Office Administrator will give effective and reliable support to the teaching staff of the Senior School (the Senior School Common Room) and report to the School Office Manager.  

Candidates must be flexible, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and work accurately with attention to detail. IT proficiency is required and experience of using databases would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to a strong customer service ethos are essential.  

This is a part-time, year round role, from 9.30am – 3.00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. There will be the opportunity to work extra hours at busy times.   

The start date will be in July 2018 and this can be discussed further at interview.

PGS is committed to safeguarding children and the successful applicant will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure DBS check.

ISI Report 2022

During an ISI Inspection in late 2022 both the achievement of the pupils, including their academic development and the personal development of the pupils were found to be excellent - the highest possible classification. The Inspection also looked at the School’s compliance with the regulatory standards and requirements. PGS met all the standards required.
