The Principal now seeks an experienced and inspirational Senior Vice Principal and Head of Senior School following the current post holder’s appointment to headship at a leading school in Asia, after seven years of outstanding service at St George’s. The appointee will lead a high performing Senior School of 500 students and as Senior Vice Principal will make a key contribution to whole school development. For individuals aspiring to Principalship and broader global leadership roles, this post offers an excellent opportunity to develop as a leader in a dynamic international setting.
The successful candidate will bring a track record of successful leadership experience ideally gained as a Head or highly experienced Deputy Head. Strong organisational management skills and strategic ability are crucial, as is the gravitas and interpersonal skills required to engage successfully across the breadth of St George’s internal and external stakeholders. The appointee will be a visible and collaborative leader, possessing cultural awareness and global perspective as well as a genuine resonance with the School’s vision and aims.
