Under the leadership of the Head of School, the Sessional Lecturer will teach a group or groups of full or part time students on our Health & Social Care courses.
With energy, enthusiasm and passion for Health & Social Care and education, the successful candidate will hold a Degree or relevant professional qualifications in an appropriate subject and have the ability to support, motivate and empathise with learners, to include monitoring their progress. Hardworking and flexible, we’d like you to have high personal standards and expectations and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
It goes without saying that excellent teaching skills are a must, as is an awareness of academic quality standards. A teaching qualification is not essential; however, you must be willing to achieve one in line with current regulations.
This position is based at Kingston College.
