We are looking to appoint a Data Assistant for 37 hours per week, term time only.

The person appointed must be enthusiastic, well organised, adaptable and be capable of communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders.

The successful candidate will join our highly effective Data and Examinations team and will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient information system within the school. They will provide administrative support to the Data and Exams Manager as required and be the School’s Receptionist between the hours of 2.50pm to 4.15pm

It is desirable that applicants will have experience of working in a similar role. This is however not essential and training will be provided for the successful candidate. All employees are able to join our extensive programme of professional development alongside current teaching and teaching support staff.

Woodlands Community College is a mixed, comprehensive, non-denominational secondary school without sixth form situated in Southampton, Hampshire. It is a community state school within the Southampton Education Authority.  A secondary school with places for 900 students between the ages of 11-16, currently oversubscribed with 905 students currently on roll.

The school was opened by then-minister for schools David Miliband in 2003.
