We are seeking to appoint an experienced, talented and ambitious SIMs Manager who can make a substantial contribution to the development of the Academy. Please note that this a full time role covering 52 weeks of the year.
The key focus of the role is to support the strategic direction of the school in its use of data and the development and maintenance of SIMs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in using and managing MIS systems, preferably SIMs and be able to analyse data to provide reports for different stakeholder groups. In addition you will be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills, have high levels of enthusiasm, energy, resilience and determination. You will be ambitious, with a desire to work in a dynamic organisation which is determined to provide the highest quality of learning and achievement for its students.
