Site Assistant Apprenticeship

Post: Site Assistant Apprenticeship (to qualify as a Level 2 Facilities Operative)

Post Details: 37 hrs per week (1 day minimum per week is allocated study time) 52Weeks a Year 

 2 year fixed term apprenticeship, full time contract

Salary: Grade 2 SCP 2-4, ( £20,441.52 - £21,189.04)

We currently have the following vacancy working across 3 of our sites within the Trust – LEPC, LEPS and Nigel Bowes Campus (All BH10 area) - Apprentice Site Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our estates team in ensuring site safety and maintenance across 3 of our academy sites. Your opportunities to learn both the practical and theory/health and safety elements of the role and develop your skills will be varied and enable you to gain a level 2 sites maintenance qualification.

The successful candidate will be hard-working, well-organised and committed to working as part of a team. We provide high-quality training from learning mentors in the setting with a well-supported, experienced team and ensure you are fully supported by the training provider.

An ability to organise and prioritise is essential. Any experience of site maintenance is desirable but most certainly not essential as this is a great way to start a career in estates maintenance and management. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the ongoing management and upkeep of our state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring the provision of a safe, clean and secure environment for our academy users.
