Site Caretaker

Status:  Permanent, 52-week contract, job share applications welcome

Contractual Hours: 35 hours / week split shift: 7:00-10:00am and 2:30-6:30pm term time, flexibility during school holidays and where tasks are dependant

Salary Band:  Royal Greenwich grade 5-6 dependant on experience, includes London Weighting, salary from £25,137

Post Start Date:  Immediate

The Site Caretaker is responsible for ensuring that the schools’ site, facilities and equipment are safe, secure and fit for purpose. Working closely with the School Business Manager you will have oversight of immediate as well as planned and preventative maintenance.
