Lyng Hall School is a vibrant and engaging school on an exciting journey from ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’. An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the development of Lyng Hall School. The role is pivotal and will contribute to the development of this school and the MAT. The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to its development whilst making a real difference at the School.  

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lyng Hall School for an experienced hardworking, motivated and flexible Site Manager who can demonstrate they have the key skills and abilities to undertake this role. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager who will be guided by the Head of Estates. You will be responsible for the overall provision of services relating to the management of academy premises, site and associated facilities. The post holder will line manage a small dedicated site team based at the Academy. Your focus will be maintaining statutory building compliance and ensuring adequate supplies are available.  Previous caretaking/site management experience preferred, but not essential for this role. Applicants with good maintenance and leadership skills would be considered.

The successful applicant will join a team of staff who are committed to supporting both the development of the MAT and the school that they work in, ensuring it operates efficiently and offers the best educational “experience” possible to all its students.

Lyng Hall School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in the West Midlands, serving students from the age of 11-18. The secondary school, situated in Wyken, Coventry has approximately 703 students on record.
