Job overview

Site Manager

NJC10 - NJC14 (£25,544 - £27,333) per annum

Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours per week

Can you help to give our children the best start possible?

We have an exciting new opportunity for a versatile and enthusiastic Site Manager to be a part of our primary Academy that opened in September 2021.

Are you happy to ‘turn your hand’ to anything? Can you help the Principal and teachers to bring new visions to life? If you are the sort of person who could build flat pack furniture and manage deliveries, write a report to governors and manage a cleaning team whilst holding a conversation with a three-year-old then this could be the place for you!

We are looking to appoint an experienced site manager, who will undertake all the usual aspects of the site managers role ensuring that the school is clean, secure and all compliance checks are undertaken whilst prioritising the needs of the academy.

Working as part of this important team, you will be a key role in this new and unique building. You will be required to carry out the following duties mentioned in the attached job description. The nature of the academy year requires some of these tasks to be done regularly, whilst others will be on an annual cycle.

The post holder will be expected to use all Trust standard computer hardware and software packages where appropriate.
