Salary: Grade LBR 3 – Actual gross salary £20,009 (negotiable for those with experience and proven track record)
Hours: 36 hours per week. (The ability to work some Saturdays is beneficial, but not essential.)
Downshall Primary serves a vibrant multicultural community situated within easy reach of excellent transport links to central London. At the last OFSTED inspection it was graded “good” and the school is in the top 20% of schools nationally for pupil progress. This is an exciting time to join the staff at Downshall Primary School.
Our new Site Manager will:
· Possess excellent maintenance and caretaking skills;
· Will have good DIY skills including painting & decorating;
· Will have a good knowledge of security , health and safety;
· Manage a team of cleaners and outside contractors to ensure
the school retains a safe and well maintained environment
for our pupils.
We can offer:

· A friendly and welcoming school;
· The chance to make a difference to the learning environment
of over 600 pupils from the local community.
Initially the post will be offered on a fixed term contract for one year subject to annual review.
