Hours of Work: 37 hours weekly (all year round) (shift patterns to be confirmed)
(Subject to a 6 month probationary period)

The governors of our caring, friendly and rapidly improving academy wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly effective Site Manager to join our team. The role is varied with elements of building maintenance, site security, supervision of contractors and cleaning.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable and able to work as part of a supportive team
- Has a calm and friendly approach
- Has DIY skills
- Is aware of H&S issues
- Has the physical ability to carry out manual handling tasks i.e. lifting, climbing and moving items

Richmond Hill Academy is a three-form entry school (630 places) with a 52-place nursery and Rainbow Base, a Resource Provision for children with complex communication needs.
