Haydon is a large, friendly and creative school in North West London. We have been judged as outstanding by OFSTED. We are looking for a Site Team Leader to thrive in our supportive environment.
THE ROLE:
This is an all year round post. The post holder is required to work 37 hours per week between 7.00am and 11pm Monday to Saturday and between 7.00am and 6pm on Sunday (shift work Monday to Sunday with two consecutive days for holiday).
To support the Site Development Manager in ensuring that the school site is safe, secure and ready for use throughout its opening times, delivering an excellent environment for teaching and learning for our students and staff and the external organisations making use of the site.
The Site Team Leader will line manage the Site Technicians, directing and overseeing their work.
YOU WILL:
- Deliver strong leadership to the Site Technicians
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Have Good IT skills Think creatively to ensure effective models of working and to identify new and improved ways of operating and overcoming barriers
- Use initiative, proactively identifying issues requiring resolution rather than awaiting requests/instructions
- Be prepared to develop new skills and working methods in order to effectively respond to changing school needs
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels whilst demonstrating a flexible approach
- Have the ability to prioritise and organise own workload and that of others

Haydon School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in Middlesex serving pupils from the age of 11-18. The secondary school, situated in Eastcote, Pinner has approximately 2000 students on record.
Haydon school was established in 1977 and converted to academy status in 2011 and was identified as outstanding by Ofsted in 2007.
