An exciting opportunity has arisen for a flexible, highly effective, organised and efficient Sixth Form Administrator to join Trinity School. The Sixth Form Administrator forms part of our Sixth Form team and will report to the Senior Assistant Headteacher/Head of Sixth Form.

You will be working in conjunction with another part-time Sixth Form Administrator and between you, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate organisation of all aspects of the school’s Sixth Form administration arrangements and processes. This includes assisting with supervision of the Sixth Form Centre, pastoral support for students and all aspects of Sixth Form admissions.
A positive attitude and calm manner with the ability to organise, prioritise and deal with a demanding workload is vital. You will be an excellent communicator, be a team player and have excellent time management skills.
Previous office or administrative experience is essential and applicants must demonstrate a good standard of numeracy and literacy. The ideal candidate will have excellent MS office skills e.g. Excel and Word and be a competent user of a range of school specific packages. Knowledge of SIMS would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
