A Sixth Form Progress Lead is required to join our successful team in our heavily oversubscribed school, which has a reputation for providing outstanding support for staff and students. We are looking for inspiring, dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to provide professional leadership and management for students to secure the best academic outcomes for all, promote independent learning. This is a non-teaching role.

Hours: 36 hours per week (plus 6 hours of contractual overtime per week) x 40 weeks per annum
Actual Salary Range: £25,089 - £26,946 p.a. inc (Scale 6)
Plus 6 hours of contractual overtime: £4,182 - £4,491 p.a. inc

About Edmonton County School
Edmonton County School is a co-educational, non-denominational, community all-through school in Enfield, Middlesex. The school is split across two campuses, with the primary phase located on Bury Street and the secondary facilities on Great Cambridge Road. There are about 1,687 children aged 4-18 on the school roll, 278 of whom attend the sixth form.
