An exciting opportunity to join a team who teach, model, and encourage a love of learning, collaboration, and compassion for others.

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, highly motivated individual and outstanding practitioner to support the Inclusion Department by leading small groups and supporting individual students at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. 

The successful candidate will join a committed team of staff to further improve learning, teaching and student outcomes. An understanding or experience of working with vulnerable youngsters and those with learning or behaviour difficulties is essential.

The role will involve working under the direct supervision of the Director of Inclusion and working closely with subject teachers, to help raise attainment, self-esteem and motivation. 

The successful candidates should have good use of functional ICT, excellent communication skills and be confident to liaise with a team of professionals to support student learning.
