Job overview
Bristol Grammar School is seeking a Sous Chef to join our busy Catering Team from September 2022.
The main duties will be to assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, taking particular responsibility for food production and standards, kitchen maintenance and the health and safety of staff, and to help motivate the kitchen team to achieve their best standard.
