Streatham & Clapham High School (SCHS) seeks to appoint a well-qualified Spanish Language Assistant to support our thriving and popular Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department.
The role holder will work closely with the Head of MFL to conduct conversation lessons and develop the students’ Spanish through increased fluency, accuracy and confidence.
This is a full time role, working 36 hours per week, during term time only.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Relevant experience in an educational establishment/setting and fluency in Spanish is essential.

Streatham & Clapham High School (SCHS) is a highly successful independent, academically selective school for girls aged 3-18. SCHS’s Gymnastics teams, for instance, were the best in England in the 2012 National Gymnastics Competition. However, pupils attain success across the spectrum of activity, from achieving outstanding results in public-speaking competitions, to winning prizes for the crash-testing of vehicles at Imperial College; from gaining awards for eco-action and sustainability, to trekking across the Atlas Mountains in Morocco or to the base camp of Mount Everest.
