Runnymede College is a private non-denominational British school in Madrid offering a British education to boys and girls of all nationalities from the age of two to eighteen. The education offered follows the British National Curriculum.

Founded as a private school in September 1967, the primary school was inaugurated in 1987, and since 1990, the whole School has been situated in La Moraleja, a residential estate 13 km to the north of Madrid.

The Junior School  are looking for a qualified and experienced Spanish teacher to teach Lengua, Sociales and Spanish as a foreign language to pupils aged  2 to 11 years (Pre Nursery to Year 6). Previous experience of teaching Spanish in a British or international school setting or in the UK will be valued.

Successful applicants should have:  

  • Título de Maestro/a - Especialidad de Educación Primaria, Diplomado en Educación Primaria - Especialidad: Lengua Española or equivalent  - essential
  • DELE (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) - desired

Runnymede College is a private school that provides a British education for English-speaking students of all nationalities who are resident in Madrid.
