An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional and inspirational SENCo and Class Teacher to work closely with the Headteacher and Governors of our thriving and successful new school to the Trust.

The Governors are seeking to recruit an inspirational and dynamic SENCo to continue to lead us in pursuit of excellence and our ‘world class’ aims.

Are you an outstanding teacher and SENCo with a strong belief that all young people can succeed?

Do you have a proven track record in raising standards?

Do you have experience in motivating and developing staff to ensure that all students achieve highly?

Are you able to work collaboratively with colleagues, receptive to new ideas, and eager to learn?

We are looking for a suitably qualified SENCO specialist to join our team who wants to inspire the children to be the very best they can be.

Core learning is the foundation of our curriculum and we place a high emphasis on this. Being confident in reading, writing and using numbers opens so many doors and gives all children access to the widest opportunities in learning. No matter what ability a child is working at, we ensure they have the right resources, the right level of challenge and the right support to develop a love of learning.

What we can offer:
