Job overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher who wants to make a difference and be part of an inspirational and creative team working within Specialist Resourced Provisions based in the Valley Invicta Primary School at Holborough Lakes. The teacher will be responsible for the effective leadership of the SEMH SRP at the Valley Invicta Primary School at Holborough Lakes, which provides effective education and specialist intervention and support for children with an Educational Health Care Plan, whose place in the SRP has been commissioned by the Local Authority. The teacher will have responsibility for leading on Annual Review meetings and statutory EHCP paperwork. 

In addition, the SRP teacher/SENCO will work closely with the Headteacher and the Trust Director for SEN to ensure a whole school collaborative approach to meeting the needs of all pupils with SEN within the school, and to ensure all aspects of the SENCO role are fulfilled.

Information about our Trust  

The Valley Invicta Academies Trust is a Multi Academy Trust, based in Maidstone, Kent. The Trust is a family of primary and secondary schools which work in partnership to provide nothing less than outstanding education for all our young people.

VIAT Secondary Schools:  Invicta Grammar School, Valley Park School and The Lenham School. The Lenham School became a member of the Trust this year joining Invicta Grammar School, the highest performing “non super selective” school in Kent and Valley Park School, the highest performing non-selective school in Kent.
