We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced teacher to join our dedicated Inclusion Curriculum team.  

We are passionate about Preparation for Adulthood and about ensuring that young people develop the skills and confidence for increasingly independent lives, and are looking for a teacher who shares this motivation.  

You will need to have specialist knowledge and understanding of educational provision for young people with learning difficulties and disabilities, and will be fully committed to inclusive practice. You will have the skills and experience to plan and deliver personalised learning programmes including embedded English and maths, social skills and personal development. Skills and experience in the effective implementation of RARPA are essential, as is an understanding of EHCPs.  

You will hold a recognised teaching qualification and ideally also a specialist qualification at Level 5 or above. It is also essential that you hold a Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in English and maths.
