We seek a well-qualified and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our happy and successful independent day school.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding candidate to be part of our dynamic school community and to build on the school's excellent record of sporting success.

The successful candidate will coach boys' games from Years 3 to 6.

We encourage applications from colleagues in the maintained and independent sectors for a January 2018 start.

This is a temporary appointment to the end of the academic year. 

PGS has its own, generous, salary scale and seeks to attract the best staff possible.

The vacancy is for 11 hours per week, term time only, to include INSET days. The hours of work will be two afternoons per week and Saturday mornings.

A DBS check at enhanced level will be required.

ISI Report 2022

During an ISI Inspection in late 2022 both the achievement of the pupils, including their academic development and the personal development of the pupils were found to be excellent - the highest possible classification. The Inspection also looked at the School’s compliance with the regulatory standards and requirements. PGS met all the standards required.
