Job overview

This is an executive Strategic Head post to be based at Greet Primary School, part of Create Partnership Trust. The successful candidate will be part of the Trusts central team and will be able to influence its central decision-making and policy development to impact not only on Greet and its Teaching School but all Create schools.

You will be inspirational leader with experience of high quality headship and an excellent track record of positive and rapid school improvement in different contexts.  You will understand how to lead and manage change, work strategically and communicate effectively.  You will know how to lead people with empathy and imagination so they are motivated, encouraged and challenged to collaborate and innovate.  You will have the ability to build on recent changes for the long-term sustainability of the Trust.

The two successful candidates will work in partnership, bring extra capacity, fresh ideas and leadership innovation, with a particular focus on developing pupils’ skills for 21st century learning, helping them to aspire to the levels they deserve, in order to live and function effectively as the next generation.  Both will be able to demonstrate a commitment to Create’s values of excellence, partnership and perseverance.
