Nexus is an ambitious special school for children and young people with profound, severe and complex needs, many of whom are on the Autistic Spectrum, and we are the district special school for Tonbridge and Malling, Kent.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and passionate individual to join the senior leadership team to help steer Nexus as we embark on a journey of significant growth over the next five years.
We are seeking an experienced individual, who can provide exceptional strategic, financial and operational leadership, to advise and work closely with the Headteacher, other senior leaders and the governing board.
Ideally you will be experienced in managing teams across all aspects of school administration, finance, HR and site management, driving forward and enhancing standards of achievement within the school by striving for excellence and collaborating with key stakeholders.
