£21,122 per annum pro rata

Weekends - either 24 hours weekly (8am - 8pm) or 48 hours fortnightly, over 40 weeks per year .

You will be part of a team assisting with the well-being of residential students from the age of 16. This may be their first time away from home and they require support whilst in this new learning environment. You will be part of helping them to grow to be independent well-rounded young people.

You will need to be understanding of young people and be prepared to do a range of evening and weekend activities with the students whilst ensuring their safety and wellbeing is maintained. You will also need to be an excellent communicator who can communicate effectively with residential students, families and other stakeholders.

You will work well under pressure, have a confident manner and have a competent approach in dealing with emergencies.
