We are seeking to recruit a Sixth Form Student Advisor to join our dedicated Sixth Form Team. The role requires you to work closely with the Sixth Form Leadership Team to support student wellbeing and academic progress.
The successful applicant should have excellent interpersonal and administrative skills as they will be required to work directly with students to assist in identifying how best their wellbeing needs can be addressed, liaising with parents and teachers. The applicant will also undertake related administrative duties including monitoring student wellbeing and progress, organisation of key Sixth Form events and administrative support for meetings.
The position is term time plus 10 additional days, some of these will be covered by attendance at evening events e.g. open evening.
The post provides the opportunity to work with highly motivated students in a collegial environment that is both stimulating and rewarding.

About Tonbridge Grammar School
We are a high achieving selective grammar school with academy status, educating girls between the ages of 11 to 16 and girls and boys in the Sixth Form. The School prepares students for GCSEs and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme following the Middle Years Programme in Years 7-9. Our students are encouraged to take part in an extensive range of extracurricular activities.
TGS is situated in Kent ‘the garden of England’, close to Royal Tunbridge Wells. This location is ideal for trips to London and you will also find beautiful countryside on your doorstep. Excellent transport links to both London and the coast.
