Hours: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only plus 20 Days

This is an extremely exciting time to be joining Leeds City Academy, one of the most rapidly improving schools within the Leeds area and county of West Yorkshire. Role:

This key role will focus on providing a high-quality counselling service to students experiencing a wide range of emotional difficulties.

You will also provide support, guidance and advice to parents, carers, agencies and other staff members within the school.

Working alongside the Link Managers, Special Education Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and Bridge Manager you will triage and provide care across the Bridge cohort, Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) cohort, and the wider student body.

In this role, it is imperative that the safeguarding and promotion of welfare to students is significant. You will also act as a leader in Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and Mental Health for students.
