We are looking to appoint a Student Manager to work in our heavily oversubscribed school, which has a reputation for providing outstanding support for staff and students. As a Student Manager you would be part of a successful team that provide professional leadership and management for a group of pupils to secure high levels of behaviour, promote high levels of ambition and promote independent learning. You would be supporting the Progress Leader responsible for a particular year group on a daily basis and working closely with students supporting their progress and helping them aspire to achieve their best.
Actual Salary Range: £19,725 – £21,480 p.a. inc. (Scale 5)
Hours: 36 hours per week x 39 weeks per annum (plus 1 hour contractual overtime per week).
