Student Progression Administrator
Salary: £16,095 - £17,030 per annum
(37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)
We are looking to recruit a customer focused administrator with excellent organisational skills and experience of working with students to this new post within the Excellence and Improvement Department.
This varied role will focus on collecting information about student experience, student satisfaction and final destinations for all of our leavers. The post holder will play a key role in our retention strategy; supporting the development of opportunities to engage with current and former students, ensuring student experience and progression opportunities are maximsed.
The successful applicant will have experience of collating and maintaining accurate data, the ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines as well as excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
