We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Services Manager in our growing school. In this role you will oversee and manage the school day, responding to any matters that may arise during the day, this may include amending planned activities or staffing requirements. Oversee and manage the allocation of staff as an impact of staff sickness and student absences. Oversee and manage mandatory training for education.
You will also oversee the development and smooth running of all systems and procedures within the school/college, covering finance, personnel, student matters and general administration.
The successful applicant will ideally hold a Level 5 qualification in Management or a relevant area; have experience of working in the education sector and be able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of working with people with a learning disability.
