Student Services Receptionist – Maternity Cover 

Job Details: 

• Admin Grade 2 SCP 7-10 

• 35 hours per week, 8:00am-3:30pm, term time only  

• Starting salary £11863 p.a based on full time equivalent £15115 

• Maternity Cover- temporary approximately until June 2018 

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to fulfil a Student Services Receptionist role. 

The main responsibilities of the role are to undertake reception duties, dealing with face to face enquiries with students, provide first aid support to students (training will be provided if necessary), contacting parents  and general administration/ clerical support.   

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a school environment, able to relate well to students and adults, to understand the Academy roles, responsibilities and policies, have the ability to work constructively as a team and good IT skills are required. A first Aid certificate would be an advantage.
